Welcome to BoardsbyMo

BoardsbyMo was founded in May 2020 by Monisha. Starting in the midst of the pandemic, the idea behind BoardsbyMo was to spread happiness through delicious and gorgeous food styling.

Three years later, the BoardsbyMo team of 6 - Hannah, Lisa, Bridget L., Marcy, Bridget H. and Monisha - have grown BoardsbyMo into a household staple in the Boston community. BoardsbyMo has served thousands of charcuterie boards, catered hundreds of weddings/special events, and taught over 2,000 people the art of styling a board through workshops.

Whether you need catering for a corporate event, a gorgeous board for your next big party, or a fun activity, BoardsbyMo is the perfect addition to any event.

Meet Mo

Monisha has always been passionate about entertaining and creating beautiful food art. When the opportunity (accidentally) presented itself to create a food styling business, she jumped on it! BoardsbyMo started as a side hustle, and grew to her full time career shortly after.

While growing BoardsbyMo, Monisha decided to share her business growth and knowledge with other women in the community. To date, she has taught over 1,000 entrepreneurs worldwide how to start their own small businesses through her business consulting courses.

Monisha was named a 2021 Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Winner and a Harvard Business School ManageMentor. She has been recognized by Boston Magazine, Boston Business Journal, Edible Boston, Boston Globe, Hub Today, VistaPrint x Celtics, and many more for her efforts in entreprenuership and empowering women in the community to do the same.
